Does the integration sync both ways?
Yes. Product data flows from Shopify to EBay via Channable. Orders from EBay are synchronized back to Shopify, including inventory updates and tracking information. This prevents overselling and manual order management.
What if my products get rejected on EBay?
Channable provides specific error messages per product, so you know exactly which EBay listing requirements aren't met. During setup I create cleanup rules that automatically fix missing GTINs, wrong categories and empty titles.
