Do I need a Channable subscription?
Yes, the setup cost is exclusive of the Channable subscription. Channable offers plans from €39 per month, based on the number of products and channels. You can adjust or cancel the subscription monthly. I'll help you choose the right plan.
Does the integration sync both ways?
Yes. Product data flows from Shopify to Sooqr via Channable. Orders from Sooqr are synchronized back to Shopify, including inventory updates and tracking information. This prevents overselling and manual order management.
What if my products get rejected on Sooqr?
Channable provides specific error messages per product, so you know exactly what's missing. During setup I create cleanup rules that automatically fix common errors: missing GTINs, wrong categories, empty titles and more.
Can I switch to a different plan later?
