Order received

A customer places an order on your sales channel (Amazon, Bol.com, etc.). Channable receives the order in real-time via API.

Sync to Shopify

The order is automatically created in Shopify, including customer details, product lines, shipping address and payment status. Everything in the right place.

Processing & fulfillment

You handle the order in Shopify as usual. Pick, pack and ship from your existing workflow. No extra systems needed.

Tracking & trace back

Once the order is shipped, Channable automatically sends the tracking info back to the sales channel. The customer receives status updates via the platform.
