Who is the training for?
The training is for marketing teams, e-commerce managers, and feed specialists who want to manage Channable themselves. Both beginners and advanced users are welcome; we adjust the level to your team.
How long is the training?
A complete training usually consists of 2-3 sessions of 2-3 hours, spread over 1-2 weeks. This gives your team time to practice between sessions. We can also provide an intensive 1-day workshop.
What does a Channable training cost?
A custom training starts from €399 for a half day. A complete training of 2-3 sessions is €899-€1,499 depending on team size and depth. Contact us for a custom quote.
Can the training be online or on-site?
Both are possible. We deliver training via MS Teams or Google Meet, but can also come on-site (within the Netherlands). For locations outside Nieuw-Vennep, a travel allowance of €0.25/km applies.
Do we need Channable to take the training?
Yes, you need an active Channable account to do the practical exercises. No account yet? We'll help you set it up before the training starts.
Do we get course materials?
Yes, after the training you receive an extensive cheat sheet with all covered topics, example rules, and a troubleshooting guide. This remains useful as a reference for your team.
